Landscapes that are endless, timeless, and will stay in your heart forever. This gorgeous 3BR, 2.5BA home has a patio and balcony overlooking Copano Bay. This home is furnished with all the amenities that you'll need to enjoy your coastal vacation. Step out your front door and breathe in the fresh salt air. This unique community offers a variety of amenities for you to enjoy on your vacation. There is a beautiful community pool, and a private man made beach perfect for the kiddos. The first floor of the home offers two bedrooms and a shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is a bonus living space as well with a sleeper sofa and it is the perfect place for the kids to gather and play games or watch a movie. Upstairs you will find an inviting open concept living, dining, and kitchen with bay views. The master bedroom is upstairs as well and has a king bed and views of the bay.

Property has a lot of potential; however, host needs improvement. Floors were dirty, my feet were black after walking barefoot in the house for just a few minutes. Garbage disposal was not working and host didn’t tell us until check in time via email. Kitchen cabinets had grease residue on them. There was a small broom but no dustpan. We did not have access to the garage for a grill, cooler and other beach items that we brought for our trip. Beach house rental with no beach towels. There were only 2 trash bags in a small kitchen trash can and only 1 roll of paper towels for a reservation of a family of 8 for a weekend. These are inexpensive items which I bought but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to go out and buy these items during my vacation.

This property was great. Check in was smooth and Nina the host was great. The property is as described and extremely comfortable. The community is really cute and the pool was extremely clean. The view is outstanding. However, the downstairs AC did take a while to cool and when we arrived the sheets were full of dog hair. I immediately contacted Nina and she assisted immediately. Overall, this property was amazing. We will return.
