With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open concept kitchen and living room offer ample space for entertainment and relaxation. You have the option to access the beach through a nearby path or conveniently park your car for free right by the beach.

Nestled in a quaint community, this condo is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Corolla. Its ideal location between the beach and the sound grants you quick access to all the amenities necessary for a perfect getaway. Explore the local village, indulge in shopping excursions, witness the majestic sight of horses on the beach, take a leisurely stroll around the Whalehead Club or the Corolla Lighthouse, or cool off with a swim in the ocean, just a 6-8 minute walk away.

Once inside the elegant new condo, you and your group can entertain in the open concept kitchen and living room, or make use of the gas BBQ grill available outside. This single-level condo provides ideal accommodations for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and grants access to a full bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the common area. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided within the unit.
