This Oceanside home is nestled among native sea grasses, will provide just the peace and tranquility you are looking for in a vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, and minutes from local restaurants and shopping your family will love this vacation spot!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport, basketball hoop, outside shower, clothesline and charcoal grill. Entry Level.

Mid Level: Large Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and over-sized whirlpool tub, Queen Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/VCR, wood fireplace and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and the dining room seating 8 with deck access and access to the screened porch. Half bath.

Extras: 1 TV, 1 VCR, books and games, outside shower, high-speed internet, wood fireplace, basketball hoop, picnic table, high chair, pack-n-play, charcoal grill, sun & covered decks, screened porch, stereo with Cd, parking for 4-5 vehicles. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

2024 The Crystal

The grass is not mowed and has not been for quite some time. There are snakes all around this neighborhood and the grass not being mowed is dangerous. The house itself was clean, but it needs quite a bit of work done to make it safer. The banisters on the decks are loose, and a piece of the ceiling actually fell off while we were there. The water pump messed up and we had no water for two day, and it took three days to get the Internet on in the house. If you have small children, I would recommend finding a different rental.

Bathing is a problem

Beautiful interior with top floor living/dining/kitchen area. Jacuzzi was 4 feet deep with no seats; treacherous. Did not use. Other full bathroom shower was narrow, needs curved shower rod, no slip tape on floor, hand rails and new liner curtain. Ourside shower needs floor to be raised so you are not standing in inches of dirty water. The bedrooms could each use a chair, some for reading or working and others for just putting on your shoes. Mattress in master bedroom needs replacing. Other than the bathing challenge, we had a good time.

Needs some improvement

Clothes were left on floor of 1 deck from previous tenant. When sitting on left side if couch and at the dining table we had water drip down on us. Weeds were high and even after contacting someone they were not weedwhacked and there was poison oak all around the entrance so my grandson couldn't walk around outside. The cable wasn't working for 3 days until someone came to fix it. Sofa bed is unsafe to use as the frame is all rusted and matters in bad shape. Bed in master bedroom has a bad mattress that should be replaced. Anyone who has trouble walking alot of steps don't stay here as there is alot in house and alot to walk up/down to get to the beach.
