"What a gem! Such a cute, mid century vibe close to downtown and CSU Chico! We appreciated finding a dog friendly home to bring our pup along. Clean with attention to details (doggie bowls, AC on prior to arrival, ice ready in freezer and keurig machine for the morning were some of our favorite touches). The air conditioning and pool were just perfect for our arrival in the heat of August. The location was convenient, with a grocery store within a mile, and we walked to a couple restaurants and drug store. Also across the street was access to a park with walking trail. "
