The Space:
The property is a modern 2-bedroom condo located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood in Conyers. The condo has high-speed internet, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new hardwood floors. Guests can expect a comfortable and luxurious stay whether it's a short or long-term rental.

You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests.

You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the historic downtown area of Conyers. The neighborhood offers many advantages such as being highly walkable, with numerous shops, restaurants, and amenities within a short distance. The area is rich in history, and the downtown area is home to many historic buildings and landmarks, such as the Olde Town Pavilion and the Rockdale County Courthouse. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor spaces available for residents and visitors, including the popular Olde Town Conyers Trail, where people can bike, jog, or walk, as well as the scenic Milstead Park, perfect for a relaxing day out.

Getting Around:
Guests can easily get around the neighborhood on foot due to its highly walkable location. However, if guests prefer to use public transportation, there are several bus stops located within the vicinity of the property. Additionally, for those who prefer to drive, the property does have one designated parking space, but guests should be able to find street parking nearby.

Great for Vampire Weekend!

We had an amazing time and it was super close to Covington so we were able to see all the stuff from the tv show.Our host was very attentive and communicated quickly with us if we had questions. I definitely recommend!

We were not pleased with the accommodations for this location. The floors although swept, was not mopped. My socks at the end of the day looked like the bottom of my shoe. The water pressure was low. There were night stands that were not placed near beds that were meant for dressers. The furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable from the bedroom to the dining room, which had a broken care placed at the table. Property Manager in my opinion was dismissive outside of giving us choices of suites to stay in. They were equally unaccomodaring.Man through,before

Unit not advertised well

Our stay with Sara was not as listed. This unit is located in the basement of a three story building down an alley way. Due to the nature of this space it felt dark and damp. Although Sara was responsive my husband and I do not believe that this location is worth the cost of the listing. The dryer barely works, theres bugs in the unit, the bedding and mattress need updating, many of the materials are cheap, and the wifi is weak.

Nice overall

This property is really spacious; two huge bedrooms with two good size bathrooms and also a big common area (kitchen, dining and living room). Main issues I had with the place was that the furniture (especially the beds) were not comfortable, and the property needed a good cleaning, as it seemed like no one had been there for a while and things were dusty But overall it was a decent stay. Relatively close to shops and amenities and a quiet location. Communication with the host was really good.

Modern, Clean and Quiet Townhouses

Everything was perfect except we, as temporary residents, had no access to the property’s WiFi for any of our personal devices. However, we had great range for Cell Phone Service which made communication and device connection to our personal Hot Spots convenient. Overall we had a PERFECT STAY at a PERFRCT PLACE. .
