"My wife and I needed a place to stay for 5 nights as we drove in to town to help an elderly family member who is mobility impaired. We were concerned about the location at first as it was just off a street passing through the commercial part of town. As it turns out, street noise was not an issue at all. "My partner and I stayed here for a month and got to know the area well. It is SO peaceful and beautiful. The unit's private porch overlooks the cutest little canal - you're basically about 20' away - with ducks and turtles and a fountain, and the most beautiful trees that sway in the wind. "The little amenities in the room were very nice. It received a lower rating for the following reasons. The shower did not work properly nor the fan in the bathroom. The fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the bathroom. Our water was shut for three hours one day due to maintenance. This was not disclosed to us before our stay."

ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. "Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful time at the house. We were visiting family in Clayton, and this house was the perfect oasis for our trip. The house was as clean as advertised. It was large enough that we could spread out and enjoy. We walked 5 minutes to the nearby park and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning walking the trails and taking pictures. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Overall, we would recommend this house to everyone!"
