"Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend."

"This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again."

"The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. "

"The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. "The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! "

"I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around.
