"The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area."

"This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad"

"We stayed in cabin #1 and enjoyed our stay. The listing was not clear that we had to bring our own sheets, and if I had known that, we would have booked elsewhere. The email sent after booking gave more information that would have been helpful to know before booking:
"What to bring….
• Cabin 1 need linens for 1 King and 3 Queen sheet sets
• Towels are not provided
• Chairs – Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river
• Water – Bottled water is recommended
• Personal… Body soap, bar soap,...
