Sobre aquest allotjament

Spacious home with lots of amenities

  • Loma Bella is an amazing retreat in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision. It sleeps 17. It is a four bedroom three and a half bath home with an open concept kitchen and living room for all your large gatherings. The home offers lots of space inside but the jewel of this home is the outside. Loma Bella has a pool with a sitting pool attached (not a hot tub), outdoor fireplace, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and washers. It is a great place to relax at after a day on the river or just a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is free parking for river access close to Seven Bluff Crossing.

Bedroom 1: One queen and one twin
    Bedroom 2: Two doubles

Best Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting from escapia was so much better than renting from Vrbo or Expedia if we had an issue. We instantly got a response. We didn’t have to submit online info or waited numerous hours on the phone . The house was up kept and maintainable . We completely enjoyed our stay ❤️

We had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean for the most part. If we needed anything they were there for us. Pool was clean and the outside area was great except there was a red wasp nest somewhere because they were flying around a lot. No one got stung. Overall good time.
