"This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad"

"This home was perfect for our family vacation! It is a beautiful, spacious and extremely clean 5 bedroom/5 1/2 bath. While at the house, my family of all ages had many provided indoor and outdoor activities that kept everyone busy. Just a few of those were swimming pool/hot tub, volleyball, putting green, shuffle board, movie areas and more. The hosts were excellent communicators. Location, location, location-ideal! The river was close! We will stay here again!"

"Host was very quick to respond to any request. The house was great I highly recommend this property. The theater room was a hit with all the guest. Nearby drive through margarita barn is really close and was a I hit with the adults. The pool was very clean. Plenty of towels through out the house. All my guest were impressed with the home and very comfortable. We used the house to wind down from our daily Frio River visit. It worked out great."

"The place was everything we needed for a large family gathering. We come often to this area and it was one of the best. We would stay here again. The accommodations were perfect but the communication and response from the host was off the charts beyond expectations. "

"Cabin was nice, no centralized HVAC but there were window units in all of the bedrooms. Hosts were great and the property came with lots of amenities!"

"The house was great. Well equipped kitchen too. Only complaint were the grills. Gas grill had so much grease that it caught fire. We turned it off and monitored situation. But the other charcoal grill the grates were damaged and so we had to use combo of the 2 grills in order to use them. Those might need attention! Otherwise it was nice place"
