The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"

"I liked the location of the property, that it was close to the airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine.
What I did not like was the attitude of the front desk. I stay at Hampton Inn if I can; and my recent experiences at the Hampton Inns at Colorado Springs and West Lafayette IN were excellent.
But the front desk at the Denver Airport Hampton Inn were neither courteous nor welcoming when we checked in on the evening of 6/21/26.They could not even say Hello! We were not...

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"We got in for a long day of traveling at 1am, they had a free shuttle that picked us up at the airport, the staff at the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful! The room was chilled and very comfortable, free breakfast that was available but we missed it because we slept in :) The fitness center is great, has Eve you need to get a good workout in, including a Peloton. We would definitely stay here again!!"
