PARKING: There is room for two cars to park off-street: one garage spot and one driveway spot. Additional free on-street parking along the street.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
