"A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). "Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. On our first night, a Husky in a nearby room howled throughout the night, waking me several times. This is supposed to be a pet free hotel?! Thankfully, the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and moved us to another room away from the noise.
