Welcome to our stunning, new beach house in the center of all Cocoa Beach has to offer. It's just across the street from popular restaurants and one block to the beach.
You enter into a great room that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room under a vaulted ceiling. There's plenty of seating for relaxing or dining. Through the great room, french doors lead out to a spacious pool deck and backyard oasis. Enjoy a dip in the pool (seasonally heated - see below) or just relax with your friends and family.

Our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently constructed and designed to be the ultimate beach house. Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach, Twin Palms Cottage is literally across the street from popular restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The highlights include:

- Large, well appointed kitchen with a huge island that can seat 4
- Dining room and table with seating for 6
- Great room, combining the kitchen, living and dining rooms with plenty of seating for up to 8 people
- New king beds and linens in each bedroom. New high-quality air mattress for additional guests.
- Off street parking for 2 cars
- Level 2 (up to 40 A) EV charger
- Private backyard with seating and a heated pool
(pool heated to 85 deg F from November 15 to April 1 from 8 am to 5 pm)
- Shower/tub combo in one bathroom and shower in the other bathroom
- Beach gear (chairs, wagon) and beach towels are provided
- Hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach
- Record player with a selection of albums
- Pac Man arcade game
- XBOX 360 with a selection of games for children and adults
- A selection of children/teen books, comics and graphic novels
- Free, high-speed WiFi

We've included lots of other extra features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to hosting you for an ultimate vacation experience at Twin Palms Cottage!

Pictures are Accurate! Next to Restaurants and Close to the Beach!

There were 5 of us (MIL, wife, teen, pre-teen, and myself). We definitely had enough room to fit comfortably. Living room/Dining/Kitchen was spacious. Place was spotless - extremely clean. Across the street from some shops and a few restaurants - which was very convenient and we used. We picked up pizza at Bruno's and ate at the the 4th street Fillin station. Beach cart, umbrella, and chairs came in very handy for our walk to the very quiet beach (this was late April - Easter week / Spring Break). Pool was great to use too! (Also, we were able to see a rocket launch from the beach - I know that's not a guarantee - or comes with the house.) I highly recommend.

2nd time staying here and will make it a 3rd! 5 stars!

This is the second year in a row we were in town for softball tourney at Space Coast Complex. We will stay here every year we come down to this area. It's clean, plenty of space for my family of 6, great location and Rob is awesome. He is quick to respond to any question (which we didn't really have any).

Beautiful Home near Beach

This property had everything we needed even down to a candle to light. The home is fairly new ans still has the new smell! The rooms were all accomodating and the living space was kind of immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the pool space and all thw goodies for the beach. There are a ton of restaurants and grocieries stores nearby. I would stay again and would also recommend to a friend. 10/10

Perfect family spot

Perfect spot for a family beach stay. The beach area nearby was never crowded & it was super helpful that they have so many beach items available. Pool was a great size for younger kids. Solid restaurants literally across the street. We were able to see a rocket launch right from the beach & it’s a 30-minute drive to Kennedy Space Center.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

This property was perfect for our family! This was vacation with my husband, our 3 adult children, 7 year old grandson and my mom. The pool was perfect and my grandson’s favorite part! It was well organized, close to ocean, shops and restaurants. The owner communicated very well and responded promptly if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location

What a treat! We love visiting Cocoa Beach and have stayed in hotels, condos and homes. This location is fabulous. So close to the beach ( only one block ) and literally across the street from a great food and beer joint. Yes, you need to drive to the pier two miles, but the downtown shops are a walk away. Three bedrooms all with a king bed. All very clean ! We would hope that this place is available for return trip. 6 of us stayed here comfortably. Would probably not squeeze in more than 8. Functional kitchen with well stocked utensils and pans. Beach chairs w umbrella

Everything from the cleanliness to the response time of the host was 10/10. Brand new, clean, and comfortable home in a great location. Walk to everything. (Especially Fat Donkey for ice cream!) Easy walk to beach. Appreciated the beach supplies available for guest use. Loved having the pool for coffee in the morning and hanging out in evening. Two thumbs up.

Fantastic house, location, and stay!!

Perfect house for beach, rocket launch views and food

Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this home. Everything is brand new and super clean. The heated pool was perfect for our spring visit. Beach is a short walk as are great options for food and drink. We loved the filling station across the street. I was worried about being on the busy road, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We loved the record player with a great selection of records and the arcade game and the Xbox. Beds were comfortable and the linens were new and clean. We loved the beach supplies! We had everything we needed!

Winter Getaway

This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was stocked with linens, towels, beach equipment and kitchen needs. The beach and many restaurants are all within walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this property, and we will try to come back one day. Communication with the host was great! Thank you!

Nice House, Convenient Location, Responsive Management

We had a great stay over the December holidays. The house's location is ideal for anyone who wants easy access to restaurants and other shops. Many good options within 2 or 3 blocks (and some right across the street). The beach is about 2 blocks away. Easy walk. The house is located on a busy street, which is what makes it so convenient to the restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and the house is well-stocked with all the essentials. Manager was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would stay here again.

Favorite Vacation Rental

This place is as advertised. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this is hands down #1! Don't look at any other place in Cocoa Beach area. Location is perfect. Owner supplies all the necessities to make your visit easy (Landry soap, dish washer pucks, paper towels). House was super clean. I will book again when back in town next year. We had a family (2 adults / 4 kids). Pool is sweet and a quick walk to beach and restaurants.
