Welcome to Sea La Vie! This newly remodeled mid-century ranch is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can get away from it all. You'll be just steps from the neighborhood access to the Banana River where you can take the provided paddle boards out to explore the mangroves and watch the dolphins play. Within walking distance to the beach and only 1 mile from Downtown Cocoa Beach.
You'll be awed by the amazing sunsets that drop into the river, compliments of Mother Nature! Early birds can walk a short distance to the beach to catch a gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a beach day and watch a cool rocket launch out of Cape Canaveral.
Enjoy cooking while listening to the Bose Smart Speaker in our well equipped open concept kitchen/dining room that includes the essential pots and pans, wok, baking pans, dishes, glass/plastic and flatware sets,
cooking utensils, Henkel knives, single/carafe specialty coffee maker, blender/processor, toaster, juice machine and air fryer. Spices and cooking oil are provided. If you prefer to cook outside, you can find a gas grill in our spacious fully fenced-in backyard.
After a full and exciting Cocoa Beach day, curl up on the comfy oversized couch and chair in the living room and login to your favorite app on the 65" smart tv or relax out on the screened-in lanai while enjoying the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage and have a fun game night.
There are 3 bedrooms, all have gel memory foam mattresses, that your body will sink into like you're on a floating cloud, you may even "dream about Jeannie". The master ensuite and second bedroom both have king beds and 40" smart tv's, the third bedroom has two twin beds. All linens are crisp white cotton that are bleached for sanitation.
Cocoa Beach has so much to offer right here! You can't beat our location!! With the Kennedy Space Center, Space X and Port Canaveral just 15 minutes away. The world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons Surf Shop Headquarters and Dinosaur Museum only 2 miles down the road. Downtown Cocoa Beach is about 1 mile from the front door where you'll find some of the most amazing restaurants, beach bars and beachy boutiques. If you're flying in, Melbourne Airport is just 30 minutes away and about 50 minutes to Orlando International Airport, along with all the Orlando theme parks.

We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. VACATION RENTAL LEASE ADDENDUM
Welcome to the City of Cocoa Beach. You are provided with the information below in order to give you the best opportunity possible to enjoy your stay.
Protection of residents and guests
Personal safety
* Take note of the exits and study the evacuation map provided by the
owner.
* Find the phone provided onsite for your assistance. If there is an emergency, medical or otherwise, call 911.
Maximum occupancy
* The maximum number of overnight guests permitted here is stated in your rental agreement.
Parking
* The maximum number of vehicles permitted onsite is provided in your lease agreement.
* Vehicle parking is permitted only in the areas designated on the posted sketch.
* No parking is allowed on the street or sidewalk.
* Do not leave pets unattended in vehicles at any time.
Driving around the city
* The maximum speed limit within most of Cocoa Beach is 35 MPH, please observe all posted speed limits.
* The main north/south roadway is SR A1A, also called North Atlantic and South Atlantic Avenues and North Orlando and South Orlando Avenues.
* The main east/west roadway into and out of Cocoa Beach is SR 520, also called Cocoa Beach Causeway (East and West).
Evacuation requirements
* If an evacuation order is given, all guests and pets must evacuate.
* Do not leave any pets or family members behind.
* Notify the Cocoa Beach Police if assistance is needed.
Garbage
* Picked up twice a week, either on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
* Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00am
* Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
Recycling
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM.
*Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
* Items to be recycled include:
o Plastic beverage bottles, soap/detergent containers o Cardboard food cartons, towel dispenser tubes, paper board food boxes,
flattened cardboard boxes
o Glass bottles and jars, no cookware or ceramics o Paper books, magazines, newspapers, office paper, bags, junk mail
* Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the nighttime (dusk to dawn).
* For properties next to the beach:
o Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off. Rear porch lights are to be turned off.
* Night time lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach.
* No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach.
* Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach.
* If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources are extinguished.
* If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call Cocoa Beach Police.
* Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.
