My wife mentioned it to me when she was trying to check in half and hour early and I didn’t believe her but I witnessed it when I was checking out. At check out we asked if we could store a small cabin bag so we could go for a walk along the front but we were told the bag storage area was full. Really? If true then you need a bigger storage...

The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. In the write up it states check in after 2pm with no end time, it also states to communicate with the property for late check in to arrange access no one responded. Please change the wording in the advert to explain better checking in only in pub hours."
