"All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. "We stayed here last weekend with our in-laws to visit family and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff are really nice, I can only mention by name Jonathan on reception who was very helpful but all the other staff on reception were also lovely as well as the bar staff and chambermaids. We had two rooms just above the discotheque which is open at weekends and the night receptionist told us to expect a bit of noise but to be honest we were so whacked out it wasn't a problem. We...
