"Front desk was professional and kind. Elevators were horrible. It seemed there were multiple families living at the hotel constantly walking around the lobby all day and night in pajamas and night hats. Not the image you want to see at a hotel that references itself as an Embassy! Try harder!"

"I cut my foot on a broken chair in the room. I went down to the front desk to ask for if they had a bandaide and something to clean the cut with. When I arrived at the front desk the attendant was watching something on her phone and didnt acknowledge me until I spoke up. When I asked for if they had a first aid kit she went to check and said that it was empty and all they had was gauze, no bandaid, no medical tape, no cleansing wipes no nothing. My toes was bleeding so much that I ended up...

"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

"This is an older Marriott and the rooms and linen shows it. The bathroom wall paint was peeling, the linen looked dingy, and the sheets on the bed need to be replaced. The staff were welcoming and friendly."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "
