"Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. Room was very clean. Parking is free which is great. Site is close to a lot of things. We would stay here again. This specific room is meant (and perfect) for a couple."

"There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!"

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"We had a really lovely stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space felt very welcoming, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. The kitchen and washroom being well-stocked were such a nice surprise and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay — honestly a 100/10 experience! "I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received."
