"Not a bad stay, but this hotel needs a lot of updates. We had "semi warm" water for our shower. There was dirt and hair build up in the corners of the bathroom floor. Cobwebs above bed. Night stand light/s were missing a light bulb so only one side worked. We thought the remote didn't work as we couldn't get the TV on, but the TV, frig, and microwave didn't work either when we got in, so we checked outlets and were able to plug things in and then they worked. "DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...
