"Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town."

And they charge you 20 dollars a night for coincidentals and i still havent seen mybrefund on that. We left the room.spotless but its a charge above and beyond your room rate. Also they were taking the hot tub out. "

"DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice and clean. Pool area was clean ans very busy, definitely a family friendly place. Rhw outdoor pool waa open in January, that waa fun for the kids! The breakfast food was not hot, more lukewarm but over all it was os an excellent place to stay! "

"room is clean and quite nice view of river a little dated but had a fire place at one time. It seemed only for looks now but would be nice to have a fake flame heater or something similar in it. Great room for the price and has a small dinner included along with breakfast so one of my go to hotels when in town"
