"Habitacuon, facilidades, desayuno y personal amable"

"The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible."

"Only 1 elevator working out of 3"

"The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was very clean. Modern amenities. Only complaint is that our friend got a cut and was bleeding and the hotel staff said there were no bandaids or med kits on site. So we had to leave the hotel to purchase bandages"

"Muy bien ubicado lujoso y bonito con vistas a la ciudad y al río. El personal es amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Limpieza excepcional. "
