"We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy. The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers. Great stay!"

"Clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment, with all the facilities and services of a hotel. Most noticeable was the service level and helpfullness of all the staff - from restaurant staff to An and Phouc in the reception helping with luggage and taxi for our early checkout. Always with a smile and made us feel very welcome. Only suggestion would be variation in the set lunch menu. We will gladly come back."

"There was a slight problem with the wifi in our room but the General Manager Mr Trish Dang Khoa quickly gave us another room. He took excellent care of us during our whole stay and made sure our transportation to Dalat was as easy as possible. The complementary afternoon high tea was wonderful! The only negative comments would be that coffee in the morning wasn’t to our taste nor hot enough, and that the fact that the hotel offers access to the relatively small swimming pool to non-guests....
