"Plenty of space for 4 adults. Perfect location - we usually Ubered downtown but also walked. Windows are excellent and effectively block all street noise. Communication excellent. This was a fantastic vrbo and I would happily stay here again, and for a longer time. "

"Our stay was amazing, the house is very clean modern and easy to find. The only downside we did have was the parking situation as there isn’t a lot of free parking available. Walking into the city was really easy, everything was simple to find with us making trips to woolies most nights. The host is very lovely and easy to communicate with. Other than the parking situation this is a 10/10 property and will happily stay again on our next visit to beautiful Christchurch "

"Clean and tidy property. Nice welcome, with both the heat pump and lights on. The bedroom doesn't have blackout blinds so if you're sensitive to light remember to pack an eye mask ;0). We had a car, and finding a park nearby was quite difficult. There are a few eateries nearby which is handy, but also quite a lot of street noise on the Friday and Saturday nights - particularly from the bar next door (but not too bad after midnight). "
