Our home is warm, traditional, quiet, private and spacious. A 1908 villa, it's close to the city, an easy drive to the beach and access to other areas of Christchurch. Walk to transport and shopping essentials. There is a separate private entrance and 24 hr lockbox for early/late/self check in and out. Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels provided. Warm (or cool) air with three heat pumps/aircons. Modern bathroom with toiletries provided. A well equipped kitchen, microwave, oven and stove top, fridge, cooking equipment, espresso coffee machine, steamer and rice cooker. There is also a separate butler's pantry/walk in pantry. Free WIFI and Netflix. Family friendly - we provide a portacot, high chair, games and toys, and parks with playgrounds nearby. Outside deck with a gas bbq, and seating area available for use, and an awesome hammock on the front deck. On street parking (only) available right outside the house. Set on the front of the property, and separate to our home. Ample on street parking available. Can leave car by arrangement if travelling. We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. We value our home and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the apartment clean and tidy. No smoking inside. Be aware of cooking smells and open windows. Please do your dishes or put in the dishwasher. Also leave wet towels in the bathroom. Thank you.
