The villa is situated in one of the best places to stay in Phuket Island. As well as the Bangtao Beach, Boat Avenue, Phuket is nearby with a wide selection of top quality bars and restaurants.



Occupying a large, secluded spot, Villa Jasmine sits amongst spectacular private landscaped gardens of over 1000 M2 with a private 65 M2 swimming pool.



At 680 M2, Villa Jasmine is a large modern Thai style luxury villa whose living space opens up entirely onto its grand terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It boasts 2 large outdoor salas for dining and entertaining, a jacuzzi and outdoor bath tub. What could be better than soaking up the sun from your sun bed after a refreshing dip in the crystal clear pool or relax in the jacuzzi. As evening draws, enjoy the massive outdoor entertaining area – a poolside terrace with jacuzzi, poolside sala or 1st floor Thai sala with fabulous pool views. At night-time relax in the comfortable beds with crisp superfine Egyptian cotton bedding or stream a movie on the large 75" SMART TV. A variety of shops, restaurants, markets, massage spas, the beach and Catch Beach Club are all literally on your doorstep.



Layout

Offering 4 huge king-size bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets and arranged on a single floor, the villa happily accommodates 10 guests. Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom, ample storage and large patio-style full length windows. The vast living dining area is of an open plan design and opens up fully onto the large terrace leading directly to the swimming pool. The ultra modern open-plan fitted kitchen is equipped with state of the art German appliances and the comfortable living & dining areas has beautiful teak furniture and a large stylish comfortable sofa.





Kitchen, Living & Dining

The modern fitted kitchen boasts fully integrated BOSCH and FRANKE appliances including a full-size oven, induction hob, microwave, warming drawer, dishwasher and large American style fridge freezer, water cooler, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine. There is ample crockery, glasses and cutlery for 10 people along with a wide selection of cooking aids & kitchen utensils. Complimentary foil, dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials are provided. The 3 meter long breakfast bar offers an attractive spot to gather for a drink or doubles as a work station during the day. The open-plan dining area seats 10, as do the comfortable living room sofas set under the majestic chandelier.



WIFI & TV

Private fibre optic Wi-Fi. SMART 75” TV offers full streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. Laptop friendly workspace allow you to carry on working as if you were at home.



Bedrooms

4 large double bedrooms, comprising king-size beds with thick comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, fresh lightweight duvets and pillows and superfine crisp Egyptian cotton bedding. All rooms are equipped with voile curtains for privacy and black-out curtains, so you won’t be disturbed by the early morning sun.



Bathrooms

All the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional cloak room and poolside toilet making 7 bathrooms in total. The master bedroom also has its own large outdoor bathtub set in its own private garden. Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided in all bathrooms.



Garden

The beautiful, landscaped gardens surround the property providing privacy and seclusion. At night, the gardens are lit with an attractive array of decorative lights and flaming torches making the perfect entertaining space. There are 3 outdoor dining areas – the dining area on the main terrace; the dining area in the pool- side sala, equipped with a Webber BBQ and the upper level sala dining area offering beautiful views of the lit pool below. There is a large private roof garden with adjoining Sala. Secure car parking is provided.



Children

Children of all ages welcome. Baby cot available on request.



Services:

Housekeeping service is provided twice weekly. Linen change is provided once weekly. Additional services including additional housekeeping / linen change / childcare/ cook available (subject to availability and advance reservations)



Additional Costs

Electricity is charged by usage according to the meter at 5 THB per unit

Water is charged by usage according to the meter at 80 THB per unit

Linen is charged at 800 THB per person per week

Towels are charged at 650 THB per person per week

Deposit - Minimum €2500 per reservation or 10% of booking, whichever is the greater.
