Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

This property provides speed boat shuttle services from Ao Po Grand Marina to the property. Shuttle service is during scheduled times only and must be arranged in advance.

The location is outstanding for relaxing. The view of the room is fantastic. Beware it’s far from the beach but they provide transfer through golf cart. Service is superb.

We loved our stay here. The pools are great and the views were wonderful. Some of the onsite restaurants and bars opened later than they said but overall a great experience

The resort and rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The private beach added to the relaxing experience, making it a great place to unwind away from the crowd. However, the resort is around 30 minutes away from the main pier and market area, and each round trip can cost approximately 1800 THB. Also, since water taxis are generally unavailable after sunset, you’ll need to return to the resort before 6 PM. If you’re looking for a quiet and private getaway, this place is definitely worth considering. But if you prefer exploring markets, nightlife, and staying out late, the location may feel a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Beautiful hotel overall, with a beautiful garden, excellent buffete breakfast, nearby restaurants options for lunch and dinner, premium beach zone, you really feel you’re hosting within nature. It has speeedboat service to Krabi, Phuket, and long tail service for tours to the nearby islands and to Phi Phi center, these transfers service at a additional cost.

We had a very nice stay at the resort on Phi Phi. The location is beautiful – peaceful, with an amazing beach and great views. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere around the resort was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings made the whole experience feel very tropical and relaxing. Overall, it was a great place to stay while visiting Phi Phi and we really enjoyed our time there.

My wife and I spent 10 wonderful days at Phi Phi Holiday Resort for our honeymoon, and it truly felt like a dream. The beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, and warm atmosphere made every moment special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the food was delicious. It was the perfect place to celebrate our love, and we will always cherish the memories from this stay.

Lovely property with very clean areas but staff approach seems very slack Bar staff and restaurant need to be a bit more pleasant and warming but seem just to do their job! Rooms lovely bath towels remind me of the ones you get in a Blackpool hotel very thin and dirty

The food was excellent all around. From the restaurants to the breakfast buffet. Any place where actual Thai people were involved it was amazing. Loved sitting at the bar at sunset and sipping drinks and eating Thai appetizers.

For the price is not worth it !! The property stated it was renovated, which is not correct rooms are old and needed updating & more modern update furniture!! If you’re looking for a quiet resort or hotel yes that’s the one but not for the price . Everything in the hotel was overpriced as well .. I will not come again

room we had was 202, had ocean views, was freshly renovated, free minibar included, Room was amazing location, central to all amenities. Pools were amazing. Gym minimal . Food somewhat expensive but there are cheaper options only a 5 min walk along the beach. would have been better if staff didnt allow guests to reserve pool loungers for hours whilst they went off on tours etc, hubby and i would often lay by the pool noticing towels placed for 4 or so hours with no one there only for them to return after lunch ( many people come to check iuf seats to swim etc but leave as it looks like there are no spots)

Place in paradise. Water quality was good for our stay and snorkelling off the beach over the bommies was excellent with so many fish species. If you want to claim deck chairs for the day be up early or they are taken. If your a wine drinker take with your as its even more expensive here than the mainland. Wash the inside of your mask with toothpaste to stop it fogging. Take repellent or coils. Well worth the stay. Def be going back ❤️

I upgraded to the Premier plus which is personally my choice of the best room of all the rooms in the hotel which I’ve stayed in all of them. I will continue to come here every year because it is truly dreamy.
