"I was in a room on the top floor and perhaps my experience relates my room location. The HVAC system was underwhelming. The room had a large portable dehumidifier that was loud and added heat when the damp room needed to be cool. The heat and humidity had already impacted the room’s atmosphere. The rugs were moist and had an unclean feel. I arrived at the hotel around 10 pm at night with only one person at reception. The directions provided by the hotel to find the free airport shuttle...

"Hotel room is very modern with buttons to open and close the curtains, and a door that tells you if you have not closed it properly. The room is clean, but small. with a very good shower. The lobby and lifts let this hotel down as there is a rancid smell here. Location is fantastic - a 8 min walk to Pudian Road metro station."

La ubicación es muy buena, esta cerca de Nanjing Road, People’s Square y The Bund, y puedes encontrar restaurantes, tiendas y una estación de metro a pocos minutos, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. El desayuno buffet nos encantó por su gran variedad y buena comida que tienen. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas.
