Great family holiday home built on two floors in the Real de la Barrosa urbanisation, with a great location for enjoying the city of Chiclana and its beaches. EQUIPMENT



The house is completely equipped with everything that you may need. In the entrance there is a front patio with a wooden pergola, artificial lawn and exterior furniture. On the first floor you will find a lounge, kitchen and toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath tub. The quality of the furniture and equipment is excellent. From the lounge you can get to a small back patio with a laundry room and clothes line.



You enter the urbanisation with a remote control, and the parking is just opposite the front door. In the pool area there is a chiringuito restaurante which is open during the summer months, and is fantastic value for money.



LOCATION



The house is located in a great area with access to shops and supermarket. Mercadona, Lidl, and bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The urbanisation is a strong point as it is completely gated and has a night watchman. There is a sporting complex and pool, open from June 15th to September 15th.



The centre of Chiclana is just a few minutes by car, as is La Barrosa beach The old fishing quarter of Sancti Petri is also very close by. Just outside the urbanisation you will find bus stops going in all directions. Swimming pool available in season (15/06/2024 - 15/09/2024).
