"Very well presented and well-equipped. Had everything we needed for a family beach holiday plus a pleasant south facing patio/garden. Plenty of parking. 10 mins walk to supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bakers, etc. plus a few restaurants and cafés. Would stay there again."

"Really great property, stayed with a group of children, teens, and adults and it was perfect because everyone could have their own space. Lovely bedrooms, beautifully presented, had everything we needed. Great location too, to walk into Chichester or drive to the beach. Host property manager very responsive and set the bedrooms up as requested. Thoroughly recommend!"

"The property is located in a very affluent area. Totally peaceful and quiet. The furniture and fittings are first class and in particular the enormous bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you could possibly want available to you. In particular the freestanding bath gives you views of the field with roaming deer present on most days. "Great location to stay between days at west wittering beach. A lovely property which was quiet and clean. The bed has a fantastic mattress and quality bedding but the pillows require a refresh. A hand held shower only, a higher wall mount would likely solve this. Kitchen requires a vegetable peeler but all other items a high standard and a pleasure to cook with. Would definitely stay again. "
