The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast
"The bathroom was out of date and it was difficult for taking a shower....the tub filled up with water and I was standing in it while I rinsing off The room was nice but the furniture in the room was old and worn. I saw a cockroach in my room while I was there."

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
"I booked here for my birthday and was very disappointed. The bathroom had mold along the ceiling and around the inside shower frame. Long story short I had to book another hotel, thankfully there was availability being that it was the 4th of July weekend. The room was very outdated and wasn't modern ..."

"This is an older property but still maintained well. The rooms are a nice size however the bathroom are smaller than other Intercontinental I have stayed in. The junior suit is underwhelming."
