"I booked and paid for a specific room through Expedia which included a sofa bed. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a completely different room with a double bed and no sofa bed. I am disabled and have mobility difficulties, so being placed on the second floor was difficult for me. "One night stay, room(plum porter) much bigger than photos , clean comfy and in keeping with the building. Staff very friendly, beer spot on food good. We didn't want breakfast as we were going for lunch, just. Suited us. Lovely little village, church peaceful, sound of the bells chiming, like going back in time. Nothing we didn't like, beautiful hanging baskets, beer terrace, a very popular, dog friendly pub, thanks."

The refill station in the check in area for tea & coffee had run out of milk portions with a note saying sorry.
