"This was a great last minute find, 40 mins from Gatwick and great staff, from check in, to bar service and check out. Family room was more than big enough for two adults and a child of 11. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Breakfast was simple but enough, continental style help yourself but was good too. Will stay here again whether using Heathrow or Gatwick. Many thanks to all the staff"

"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. "Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!"

"It's super easy to arrive from and to the Heathrow Airport through Bus Line U3. The owners were really kind. It was a nice check-in process and they recommended me local restaurants and transport options."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"
