Beautiful and spacious 1 Bedroom apartment in the heart of Charlottetown.
Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood only 3 blocks to downtown Charlottetown.
This large 1 Bedroom private apartment is tastefully decorated and is very spacious but cozy in design.
The living area overlooks a beautiful park and is very bright and open. The bedroom is large and has windows for lots of natural light. The eat in kitchen is spacious with all appliances and a dining table for 4 people.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood only 3 blocks to downtown Charlottetown's shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The waterfront is a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is centrally located only 2 blocks to the downtown Charlottetown area. It is a 5 minute walk to all restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The Waterfront Boardwalk is also about a 5-10 minute walk.
No parties or large gatherings. Quiet times are 9pm -9am.
During quiet times, only reservation guests are permitted in the unit.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.

The property is very well located…close to Charlottesville attractions and food/drink/entertainment options and just far enough to avoid any excessive noise. The square and surrounding streets are quiet w low traffic. The apartment was large, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with our hosts was fast, efficient and very helpful.

Charlottetown

An issue with our original property moved us to this property. The property was beautiful. You could not beat the location which had wonderful views of the water. Juan did a fantastic job of rectifying our original issue.would stay again at this property. Thank you Juan.

Home away from home

The unit was huge! A full living room, separate kitchen and bedroom with lovely hardwood floors and lots of windows. The bathroom was clean and had shelves to put things. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfectly located to walk to everything we needed. It was quiet despite being on the ground floor, and we were thrilled to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We had no need to contact the host during our stay, so cant provide any assessment on that front. A definite gem - would stay here again.

Large apartment with everything you need

It was nice having a dedicated parking spot. Once you park, you can walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. Charlottetown is an attractive town with lots of restaurants.

Short Visit from South Jersey

Fantastic apartment in a historical building

We had a very comfortable stay in this modernized, spacious apartment. The high ceilings and character were spectacular, plus the location was a short walk from restaurants and cafes. The owners literally have everything we could need for an extended stay from a well-appointed kitchen, to laundry... even a small blender and yoga mat! The building and location is very quiet being across from a small park. The bed was very comfortable, easy key-less entry and it was spotless. The desk and work area was exactly what I needed during the day and the living area was comfortable. I look forward to returning!
