On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

We allow early check-in and late check-out upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5,000 for content and $5,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
