"I had a great experience. I was in town for a concert at the Spectrum arena. The hotel is a convenient walk to the arena. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends."

"This hotel was very convenient for our activities. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were very clean."

HYATT house Charlotte/Center City
"Okay stay overall. Staff friendly. Right beside my event at the Spectrum center. As for the room, bathroom had issues. When flushing the toilet the water would splash out of the bowl. Shower had mold in it. Overnight parking was about 58$."
