My only suggestion would be to improve the complimentary breakfast. It was okay, but not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience."

Then I was told I had a 20 dollar credit I could use by one worker, but then later that afternoon was told I did not. So just make sure you are getting charged for everything at once."

"If you’re looking for a boring, traditional hotel, this isn’t it. The Moxy has such a fun, vibrant energy right from the start—you literally check in at the bar and get a complimentary drink! The service was excellent, and the whole lobby area is packed with fun games and great vibes. The location is incredibly central and walkable to everything Uptown. The rooms are clean, minimalist, and trendy. Definitely my new go-to spot in Charlotte!"

"Be prepared to pay $55 a day to park your car. It was an unexpected expense for 3 days . The breakfast was good and the property was clean. The staff were attentive and friendly ."

"I didn’t like that there was very little counter space in the bathroom, there was no mini fridge and no safe. I liked that the furnishings had more character. The staff was very helpful."

"Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good every day with a nice variety. People seemed to struggle figuring out the parking garage gates, and the pool wasn’t too special, but they did have one. Great location in Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."

"Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again."
