"The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "

We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. "On site parking for £10 very good value. We had one night, so effectively almost 24 hours. On street would've been way more. Third stay here, and the staff have consistently benn friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Take you to your room and leave, no hanging around thinking of a tip."

"Charming place, was able to provide a travel cot for the baby. Lovely staff and breakfast! We were by on Easter weekend, so it was understandably busy with lots of kids running around the courtyard. Our bed time is very early, so it's not like the noise was unreasonable at first... However after a long journey, jet lag, and teething our baby was waking constantly, extremely cranky and then around 9pm (I think) a kid knocked on our door and ran away while we were getting the baby back down!!!
