"The house was nice and clean. Very nice place. The reservations did not say anything about not being able to have a boat there per HOA. However when i messaged the owner she was very prompt about messaging me back and sje worked it out for us. She was not aware the reservations did not specify no boats. "We absolutely loved our stay at Sunshine BnB! It was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed and some things we didn't anticipate needing. "This duplex was the perfect place for our 3 night stay in SC. Very clean, comfortable and quite as promised. Anna was very nice and provided lots of information about the area. We were they for a show at the arena and when to one of the parks and the zoo. "

"The property was clean and large enough for our group of 9. Two living rooms and 2 master suites is great for families traveling together. We stayed for BCT graduation and it was about 25 minutes to Gate 2 at Fort Jackson. The property manager was great at responding to questions. "

"Great location beautiful home. We had our own supply but it was some for us to use if we need It. Very spacious place and the neighborhood quiet and the neighbors would wave hello we they see outside. It was definitely a lovely experience and I would stay here again"
