"The property as a whole is definitely old and showing signs of that, could use some TLC. The first floor smelled like stale smoke but the upper floor did not. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The bathroom was ok but clean. The breakfast was amazing they serve pancakes, eggs and sausage, also they had pastry’s and drinks. There is a room upstairs with a fridge and some drink so it was nice. Overall very good experience besides for a few thing I would change."

"Absolutely picturesque historic place to stay. Lovely breakfast, beautiful rooms and a 10 minute walk to Niagara. Free parking on site...can't think of anything but praise."

"Registration was quick even though it was busy. The employee handled the busy chaos is such a professional manner. Our room was perfect and everything was clean. We almost didn't find parking because it was almost full but we got lucky and got a spot. We will definitely come back again. Im addition, the price was great too. "

"Overall a good hotel the pool and breakfast was good The reception in the main look of the inside of the hotel was nice but the room i had just need to be cleaned a lot better because once I lifted the sheets to the bare mattress there was crumbs on the mattress and behind the TV stand we found a pair of boxers, the room just needs to be updated a little renovation wise and deep cleaned. The staff and security guard were amazing. Security is always constantly checking, parked cars to make sure...

"Family stay was not very great but fine for the $. A guy was smoking in pathway so it’s yucky, no heater inbuilt in the room but when asked they gave portable heaters and also table fan so it’s fine. Bathroom doesn’t have built in exhaust fan working condition. When I reported they act as they’re not aware. Car parking was very easy and flexible enough to extend for until 4 PM so Thank you for the same and well appreciated."
