"This hotel, just open now for 4 months, is truly a hidden gem! It is located in the picturesque Expo 2020 city a 10 minute walk from the subway. It's mostly car free (though there is parking available) and we spent 2 weeks in a truly gorgeous hotel. The staff are all extremely well trained (I think the General Manager Christian Potvin had a lot to do with it and hired some really smart people) I would definitely recommend for those who want peace and quiet waking to the sounds of birds."
"The apartment was shared with others, so lacked some privacy, but the problem we had was locating it. No information was provided about the location, buikding number or apartment number. A good deal of time was spent trying to find it. However, it was very comfortable."

"Tanto el Bellman como el personal de Recepcion fueron muy atentos y diligentes. Me senti bien recibido luego de un largo viaje por demoras en mi vuelo por mal tiempo. En verdad, todo el personal se mostro' cortes y amable en todo momento, especialmente las personas que trabajaban en Room Service.
De igual modo, el hotel me quedaba a 6 minutos caminando a donde fui a pasar el Año Nuevo.

"The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics."

"The location listed on your website is about 3 km away from where the building is. It is near impossible to find as Concord 5 is a new building that is not really finished. This is not Concord Tower 1 as promised. The apartment was new and very basic inside, the bathroom had not been fully cleaned either. This apartment should not be rented out yet , No taxis can be called, you just have to wait and be lucky….i suspect if you gave the actual location then nobody would even bother.

"The room was very clean and comfortable bed. I liked the room with the kitchens options set up. The breakfast although continental had a good choice with hot food options like omelettes, sausages, hash browns etc.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout.
I will definitely be back."

"El hotel bueno en general, tiene dos cosas que no me gustaron, el desayuno tiene oportunidad de mejora y lo otro es que se siente muy lleno el hotel a todo momento, el asensor, el lobby, la zona de desayuno, en todo momento se siente muy concurrido, eso no me gustó, se supone que teniamos derecho a un upgrade de habitación por ser gold en expedia y nos lo dieron en teoria pero yo no noté nada especial en la habitación para pensar que asi fue!!."
