"Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. "Condition of apartment was livable though a bit dated eg. broken cabinet door. Cleanliness wasn’t the best as there were stains in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the agent could be improved. I was not given the check in details until close to checkin time. Agent did not bother to reply to my enquiries via Expedia’s ‘Contact Hotel’.
