"Everything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort."

"Fabulous stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The rooms were huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. Made good use of the kitchen cabinet to eat in my room. What really stood out for me was the very friendly and professional staff from check in and check out by the team at the reception, to housekeeping taking care of my room and amenity requests and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Another fantastic return stay and I would definitely be back to stay again....

"Located in the older part of JB town. Near City Square, JB Sentral and CIQ. Lots of food options. Only complain is that the bed is too soft and there isn’t a hair dryer in the room. It’s a quite stressful unloading luggage if arriving by car because the one-way street is very narrow and no other vehicles can pass your stationary vehicle. Although there is a huge police station just down the street, walking around at night didn’t feel safe."

"Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. "

"The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls.
