"Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected We recently stayed at Fortaleza Suites in San Juan, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We found hair stuck to the shower wall, which immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. "Room was very comfortable. Very good size. Staff 24 hours. Location. Location is great. Lots of good restaurantes."

Very friendly from the moment you walk in. They give you a map so you know where you are located. They give you some cool activities you can check out around the area or nearby beaches or rainforest. I was sent a message each day asking if I needed anything. My room was clean. They lock the doors at 10pm so only...

"Los del restaurante usan los parking y los que se hospedan tienen que usar el parking de afuera pero es muy bonito lugar y el personal muy atentos"
