My expectations were met. Customer service is superb. All the front desk attendants were very helpful. Huge shout out to Richenid. I booked my vacation package on Expedia, and Richenid called me to confirm my hotel reservation twice. She also created a three-page tour guide for me, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants, as well as activities to do and places to visit. You name it, it was listed. That was such a great help for me.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was pretty much in the center of everything. Most places you are able to walk to. We used the scooter just for fun, caught the ferry a few times($1 round trip), and Ubered to the next town for water activities.
Overall, my stay was 4.5 out of 5. The following items are the reasons I didn't give a Five-star rating: no microwave, no coffee maker, no closet, a farm door for the bathroom instead of a regular door, and there was light that came through the bottom of the front door. Although I believe that's common in a lot of the other hotels.
