"Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected We recently stayed at Fortaleza Suites in San Juan, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We found hair stuck to the shower wall, which immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. Even more frustrating was a wooden beam near the bed that was dripping water. I actually had to place a piece of paper towel to absorb the water and slow...

"Room was very comfortable. Very good size. Staff 24 hours. Location. Location is great. Lots of good restaurantes."

"Though the breakfast was good, we found multiple roaches crawling in the bed frames and bathroom floors. There was only one tube that contained both shampoo, body wash, and conditioner all in one. There was no full sized mirror either other than the bathroom mirror. But front staff at lobby was quite reciprocative."

"A 10/10 stay! This hotel is in a fantastic, highly convenient local spot where everything is within walking distance. We loved being so close to La Placita, Miramar, and Carolina Beach, and having incredible food trucks nearby made it even better. "My first time in Puerto Rico and I was told to check out old town San Juan. Out of all the more affordable rooms I saw, this place had some of the better reviews and WOW were they right! Very friendly from the moment you walk in. They give you a map so you know where you are located. They give you some cool activities you can check out around the area or nearby beaches or rainforest. I was sent a message each day asking if I needed anything. My room was clean. They lock the doors at 10pm so only...

"Los del restaurante usan los parking y los que se hospedan tienen que usar el parking de afuera pero es muy bonito lugar y el personal muy atentos"

"We liked it very much."
