"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. "I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. "I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at this lodge. I arrived for business meetings in the middle of the World Cup and my normal hotel prices were through the roof. I selected Convention Center Inn and really liked the place easy to get to, easy to park, clean rooms and extremely pleasant and attentive staff. Sometimes ya get a surprise…..this was a big and good one."

"Floor was fairly dirty – stepping out of the shower my husband’s feet got muddy. They were out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There were no tissues. bare-bones room – the only saving grace was that we were there for just one night. No fan in the bathroom, no nightlight, you had the bathroom door in the way of the shower, the towels were very small, took forever to get hot water, and there were no hooks on the wall in the bathroom at all.
