I arrived at the property to find out that it was a remote check in, not a real person, and got a message that I had to Zelle an additional $600 for one night to gain access and that I had to indicate that the $600 additional payment was for a friend. They would not specify that it was refundable. Also the reservation was made once our flight was canceled so the reservation was made at midnight with the understanding we were...

"Our room was clean and quiet. We arrived early and they waived early arrival fee so we had access to room early. Close to Central Park and subways. Will definitely go there again when we visit . Also had snacks available and a nice wine and cheese event in the evening."

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."

"Don’t don’t check in late night and be assigned room 303. It is half the size of their normal room and should not have been made into a room. The rest of the rooms are all the same size and also very small, not meant for more than one person or an intimate couple. And it is the size of a small cruise ship room. It’s a great hotel otherwise. Recommend for singles or couples that have been together a while and don’t mind hearing each other in the bathroom. Lol"
