"We had the room with the private pool this time, and let me tell you it was gorgeous!! The pool could use a little updating, but the property is under new ownership and they are renovating everything. When we got there we were told they were giving us a free tour at the hanging bridges… we’ve been to La Fortuna many times, but had never done this activity. This is a DO NOT MISS location! We saw so many birds, a coati, 5 different eyelash vipers, blue jean frogs, etc. I highly recommend...

"Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

"My stay at Villas Vilma was great. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient spot for getting around La Fortuna. Adriana and Daniela at the front desk were both incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made everything even better. Be sure to stop by the soda "diner" across the street—the food is delicious and it’s a nice way to enjoy the local neighborhood vibe. Overall, a solid and friendly place to stay while exploring the area."
