"Clean and convenient"

"Location fair. Loud room neighbor -shower did not work right."

"My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience."

"Every thing was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. We went earlier than planned so made two rsvp. Tried to stay in the same room for the duration. No one could help us until we spoke with the hotel staff directly. Expedia, reservations, support all were no help."

"The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time."

"Clean room and breakfast was yummy! The parts I didn’t like were there was not handicapped accessibility doors either for rooms or the pool areas. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting in places. Sunday night the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1:00am and again at 4:40am. No staff said anything to me about it. No apologies or anything. That was very difficult for me being in a wheelchair. Thank you for listening! Jill Hudson"

"The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip."

"It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. "The property is well maintained for its age. Smelled nice."

"The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!!"

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious.
